For hygiene reasons, all socks purchased from rcsocks.in are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

We request you to carefully check the size, colour and product details before placing your order.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, tear/damage, incorrect colour, incorrect product, or any other issue, please contact us.

Please write to us within 2 days of delivery at japunoindustries@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the product.

Our team will review the issue and, if the issue is found to be genuine, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a resolution.

The final decision regarding a manufacturing or product-related issue will be taken after review by our team.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For eligible prepaid cancellations, the refund will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
